The food is great

When I think about it there is not many ingredients that are used to make food in Thailand (maybe I am wrong), but it is mostly noodles (different kind), chicken and rice. But the amount of dishes one can have with these ingredients is amazing.

This is one of the things I like about Thailand (and Asia) - food. It is not the Thai food that I love it is the food in Thailand! I like how it is made, the business model behind it, the human interaction, the variety ... the whole setup!

Food is everywhere and the food is tasty. I am talking about the street markets that show up in different parts of town in the evenings (or morning, but we are never awake to experience them).

Very popular among russian tourists the stands with fried insects. We spoke with one guy he didn't want to try the cocroaches, but he wanted to bring it back with him as a gift to his colleauges :)

The hotels we stay in usually serve some local sweets for breakfast. Most of them are made of sticky rice, condenced milk, coconut, custard and sometimes chilly. Very tasty (most of them), specially if you know what you are eating as most of them have some kind of jelly form
